These terms govern use of voyage-day.com and enquiries made to Voyage Day AG. They do not replace a signed service contract for a specific booking. Have them reviewed by legal counsel before relying on them commercially.

2. Services
We arrange luxury travel support including car rental, chauffeur services, private tours, concierge, reservations, meet and greet, medical travel coordination and shopping assistance in Switzerland and selected European destinations. Availability, vehicle type, driver language and pricing are confirmed only in a written quotation or booking confirmation.
3. Website content
Information on this website is provided for general presentation. Photos, fleet examples and descriptions may change. They do not constitute a binding offer.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is formed only when we confirm it in writing (email or contract) and any required deposit is received, if applicable.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and travel details.
- Hold valid driving licences, identification and any visas required for self-drive rentals.
- Comply with local traffic laws and the terms of any vehicle supplier.
6. Third-party suppliers
Some services may be fulfilled with partner hotels, clinics, drivers or vehicle providers. Their own terms can apply in addition to ours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by traffic, weather, events, suppliers or force majeure. Mandatory liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, branding and images remain the property of Voyage Day AG or their respective owners. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zürich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
